I want to invite people to sent me experiences, testimonies and comments on this subject: WHY ARE MOST MANAGERS DAMAGERS?
If you have ever worked for a damager or if you are a manager, what is your experience of damaging people? Please tell me about them...........
My research consists of modules with goals, objectives and questions that you must interpret and apply to your own life.
- When speaking of managers, leaders, fathers and sons I refer to both sexes. Wherever I only mention a man, it applies to woman as well.
- Relating to the word damagers: I call managers that are not leaders with followers or for that matter fathers without sons, damagers.
- I would have loved to be able to demolish the word manager from all corporate structure and plain simply call everyone working over people a leader. As soon as someone receives a title as a manager, they exalt themselves above the workers and for some strange reason create a dividing line that change them into damagers.
Why is there such a fine line between being a manager and being damager? When do you become a leader/father with followers/sons? Where are the sons in your house? How can a house have sons, if the father is not a true leader? Why is it so difficult to be a son? What must I do to be the best leader I can be? What leadership principles must I follow to be a manager and not a damager? What does my name have to do with the fact of being a manager or a damager? What role does communication play in relationships of managers?
I have been plagued my whole life by these questions! I have searched extensively, I have served extravagantly! I have side-tracked my professional career various times, even declined excellent business opportunities, searching for a leader that would serve me and that I would be able to serve in return. I have found some answers, but I am constantly changing and growing….finding solutions and models that are worth knowing, pursuing and testing.
The Spirit of God has been instrumental in leading me, and the best answers I have found have inevitably come from God the Father and His son, Jesus Christ, but also from men and woman that are spiritual leaders. I believe you need to be saved to be a manager and not a damager.
I believe that you will also be inspired and choose to change by using something these working modules offer you!
-Everyone you see is less secure than what you think they are!
-In everything you do, you have to sell yourself and train someone else to do the same.
-My time is coming, it is never too late to change or learn something new!
-You can never fully understand your fellow man if you haven’t walked a mile in his shoes!
-Be positive and motivate people continiously.
-You must love yourself and love your neighbors to even think of being a good manager.
-Every person consists out of three dimensions: you are a spirit which is more alive than any other part, with emotions and thoughts contained in your soul, living in a physical body with basic needs to be fulfilled.
-The most basic need for a man is to be praised, to be congratulated on achievements, winnings and to be recognized and honored by everyone around him.
-The most basic need for a woman is to be loved, in everything she does she wants to be felt loved and worthwhile, that she is worthy to be cherished, respected and considered beautiful.
You have to treat every person as a whole, you can not exclude any of his three dimensions, because then you will be a damager and not a manager! Establish good principles in evryone’s lives.
IF YOU CAN USE JUST ONE OF THE THINGS IN THESE MODULES TO CHANGE TOWARDS BEING A LEADER TO PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR DESTINY AND TESTIMONY!
You will be a manager and not a damager if you can make the choice to change to be a leader with followers, like a father with sons that wants to have a relationship which looks at a man as a person with a spirit, a soul and flesh with which you are in a growing and changing engagement on a continious daily basis his whole life.
Please feel free to hop-skip-and-jump between these modules. Look closely at the goals, objectives and questions that you must interpret and decide what to apply to your own life. Stick to the KISS-principle, keep it simple straight!
