Forgetting not what I may feel
Unpleasant thoughts will keep it real.
Memories long thought forgotten will
Play a part of this life still.
Touching kept the world from turning
All stood still, only us kept living.
Many moons have past since then
Clocks moved on but time stood still.
Listening at the night sky, lonely.
Whispering winds answer softly to me.
Every questioning breathe a miraculous moment
With grieving and pain bringing healing again.
Clouds of wonder and fallen raindrops
Thunder caught the strength of man child.
Lifted face towards starless skies
Blindness washed from my lovers' eyes.
