True love has had me floating so high,
wingless, like a feather soaring the sky.
like a river rushing through my veins –
natural, freely, without any reins!
Caressing, invigorating my hungering soul,
revitalizing the love that makes me whole.
Enforcing energy to this undying feeling,
touching, soothing, deeply healing.
Infinite love.....selfless, satisfying;
eternally reassuring, a calling most gratifying.
Love surpassing any means of strife,
love that keeps us together for life!
Could such love still exist in our day,
as every kind of temptation crosses our way?
Could it stand a chance in all reality,
could it make it through all this immorality?
Beware of being blinded by confusing infatuation;
keep the fire burning through honest communication;
be aware of your love, nurture and keep it alive;
no matter what the situation, you surely can survive.
