I am sick of being what I am,
I can not change, I’m but a man
My day to day existence
Within I see no persistence
I struggle to know my place
More so ever to live in God’s grace
There is a sickness that dwells within
The horror, I know I’m covered in sin
Everything fails to impress
I got myself in this big mess
To exchange the darkness for light
To be able to see God’s might
I solemnly hope He hears my plight
Change is the most difficult thing
