My name is Christeen
I am fourteen
I’m blind, I cannot see
My daddy kicked me in the face and let it be
My daddy is big and strong
His voice is like a heavymetal song
Although I never do something bad
At me he is always mad
Whenever me and my mommy try to run away
Daddy always gets his way, and forces us to stay
And later on he make us pay
Morning, noon and night, every single day
He is ripping my skin apart without any shame
As he tells me I’m to blame
For all the misfortunes of his life
He slices my flesh, my hart, my soul with his pocket knife
One day I tried to be tough
And I said that I had enough
Enough of being scared and sad
And getting punished even though I am not bad
Daddy got real angry and took out his gun
He shouted: I always wished you were rather a son
He told me loud and clear how much he hated me
My daddy kicked me in the face, but didn’t let it be
I got up, and as I tried to run
Because I was not his son
He shot me dead
And watched the concrete floor turned from grey to red
Coming closer and closer to death
I finely blew out my last breath
I felt some sort of relief
It does pay off in the end to belief
