I close my eyes...
See fate twist and turn
just to make my heart yearn.
I wonder why
it’s so far from a cry
with your eyes almost dry?
I’m reaching out
just to be thrown about
knowingly, leaving no doubt
I see a tree,
without any leaves.
I see a flower,
without any colour.
I have a life,
which I cannot live.
I know the song,
which I cannot sing.
I know the steps,
which I cannot dance.
I see the words,
which I cannot read.
I have the hand,
which has nothing to touch?
I have the arms,
which have nothing to hold?
I have the feet,
which have no-where to walk?
Oh, It’s such a shame
to feel so unclaimed.
I look so big and strong
but I’m really so alone.
I often wonder
what it is I need.
I really needed you.
The eyes to the soul, empty
but bright as snow,
just to blind you
not to see the real you.
I climbed the mountain
long and hard
just to find nothing up above.
I wonder why life so good
can treat you so untrue!
People grow on you
life grows in you
all grow
but you
After I finally found
all that I’ve been looking for...
Life.
Full circle.
