I look at you're picture everyday and feel a staggering pain in my chest
No goodbye could have ever prepared me, for this rich and glorious mess
I stare at all the pictures we ever took together
And I know the pain of losing you, will be in my heart forever
Though it was just temporary- 7 years of my life
At times I felt so weak, I felt like I won't survive
I know I'll have you back when December comes around
My December it will be, for that's when my happiness will be found
You bring so much excitement to my life, by just being true
In my darkest hour of pain, the only place I want to be is with you
Even if we just sit, not a word spoken to hear,
The silence doesn't deafen me the way it does down here
When I am around you, you don't have to say anything
Just the knowledge that your there, to me that means everything
Only being able to see you 4 times a year is crushing at my heart
I knew I wouldn't be able to live without you, right from the very start
I'm dying without you daddy, can I please come back to stay?
I want to wake up in the morning, knowing I'll see you're face every day
can I please come back home, and have you whisper "I love you"?
can I please take the first flight out to a place where there is you?
