her breath is as pure as the crystal sea
and from her breasts
trickles both agony and ecstasy
annulling logic
the chameleon
mimics love’s bouquet
lustfully luring
perpetually blurring
intoxicated victims
into the seductive snare
of the predator’s lair
be mindful then
that you do not reach to seize
the reflection of love’s shadow
in the mirror of deception’s perfumed breeze
in which only carnal longing
momentarily will be eased
