It’s nothing to keep my going…
Don’t really know what I’m doing
I go through every single day
Hoping I could run the hell away
This lump in my throat is so hard to swallow
The beating of my heart sounds so hallow
I’m frustrated at the one I see
The one who has been a part of me
As I look upon another picture again
It hurts to see myself in vain
Forever just another ugly face
caught on cameras all over the place.
My thoughts you cannot motivate
And your words can only irritate
So please spare me the lame convictions
And just leave me to my addictions
I cannot care for me and you
So tell me what are you trying to do?
Would you hate me for who I am tonight?
Because it seems I can’t do anything right
Too chicken to even pull it through
So tired of saving myself from you
Too stupid to take this life away
What a useless little thing to say…
