The cuts and bruses are covered with make up and base
be carefull when you touch me,
Im covered with scars of shame...
But he tells me that he loves me and everythings the same.
I do a nine-to-five and he bets on horses.
He never wins - somehow it's always my fault.
I cook for him.
I clean for him.
I wash his hair...
I kiss his lips - but to my despair...
He knocks me down and beats me up.
Why oh why did I fall for this man - Man of my dreams.
I honestly love him, but he hurts me so...
Calls me his bitch...
His down town ho...
