The silver shivering lights above
Reminds me of a once promised love
A love that felt so right
I protected it with all my might
But it was all for nothing
I gave you my all for something
But unfortunately you never gave me anything
I gave you all never to receive your unconditional love.
Why did you let me waste my tine?
Made me believe you were just mine?
I’m struggling to forget
Struggle to cope with this regret
I know I shouldn’t throw stones
But this pain inside is making my whole body ache to the bones
I hope that time heals
For time is all I’ve got left
I hope that time heals
…..time heals
The cup of tea I’m drinking
Everyday. All I’m thinking
Reminds me of what we could’ve had
Reminds me why I’m sad
This pain I’m feeling hurts bad
I hate this loneliness, it’s driving me mad
Why did you fake our relationship _ why were you faking?
I hope you’re happy now ‘cause my heart is aching.
Why did you let me waste my tine?
Made me believe you were just mine?
I’m struggling to forget
Struggle to cope with this regret
I know I shouldn’t throw stones
But this pain inside is making my whole body ache to the bones
I hope that time heals
For time is all I’ve got left
I hope that time heals
…..time heals
