I beg you please forgive me, for I left without decline, I am gone
Were your eyes filled with tears for me? For I died and gone away
God I wished you didn’t cry the way you did for me today
Oh god why did it have to hurt so bad?
My heart was filled with sorrow because of all the pain you had
A single tear dropped from my eye, soaking my scarlet cheek
As a tear dropped from heaven upon your broken lips
Blood formed from my heart’s tears, burning into my soul
And caressed upon your young broken longing moans
Because of this new born angel’s broken dying soul
If I could relive yesterday just to see you smile
I’d swear I would have told you with all my heart’s desire
‘For God I’d swear I always loved you even till today
But I was to weak to even speak or caress your godly name
For every time I even tried to form it upon my lips
A tear dropped and formed to blood and spilled into the sea
For as I lay upon my dying bed
The priest I swore could hear my cries and even see the tears
For all my life, I didn’t want to die
My heart broke, my soul burned into a godforsaken cry
For all my life my only one last wish was to kiss you and say goodbye…
Blood flowed upon my lips and onto my broken heart
Puddle and caressed my shattered soul
