“School is Boring”, I hear them say
but I must argue … if I may.
School is much more fun than you might think
Yet I will agree; school does sometimes stink
But, the bigger picture they don’t see
Here is where our journeys start
flying like a magic dart
A break each day
for us to play
Time there is for us to learn
so someday we can earn
But still, the bigger picture we can’t see
Someday thinking of the past
School made us the better at last
With thy friends all day in class,
all working hard for that “pass”
One day we will see,
while in school, we were really free
