My life has now been bought
Like a little lamb caught astray
I too am bound by my captive’s hand
Let away ... surrounded only by sand
My cal is headed...... but time prevails
Shall I be freed before all my life fail’s
The days are long and my soul is weak
Freed from captivity is all that I seek
My home too was green and lushes in live
Led away..... I thought to escape the knife
Like a lamb from my herd.... alone, confused
My heart will seek home till my time is used
