The storm drains run again after my epilogue
Energy had transferred back into dialogue
Sleeping crossover to reasons realization await
Time to reflect, even now when it’s too late
In other worlds fate would have been on my side
Cause and effect would give me some respite
In a dream I see destiny’s calling card fade
Help me now to understand the right and wrong of this spade
Years will make it seem unreal, time will forget
Memories will cling to deeds of thought instead
Hammered out in stone words will lose there meaning
The ancients in solemn eyes will see no feeling
When karmic eclipse reach my rhyme
And justice calls me to the line
Read not the black and white in formal state
