Summer sun and fields of clover
I offer my soul to this dance
of lovers… and
the circle of your arms…
while the radio reports that

created for those left behind....
Pay your money to bury the dead!
Pray for the orphans with no future,
but do not touch me,
just yet…
For now I am safe,
my emotions invested in
