I am an Israeli citizen, born in 1954 in Haifa and raised there for most of my life. I have resided, in South Africa, for the past 6 years. I have been writing, mainly poems, since I was 15 years old. Lately I completed two fiction novel manuscripts, with an aim to hopefully have them published, and busy these days with a third one.
The second manuscript, is named “Circles”. The original manuscript was written in Hebrew, which is my mother tongue. I completed the last draft in April 2007 and translated it to English. "Circles" was inspired by the great South African struggle for "normality" - equality & democracy through a beautiful story around people from different layers of the socity, but mainly poor and disadvantage at the time. The hero is a child growing up in Langa and is fortunate to realize his dream and potential against all odds.
