I have now reached the age where my boobs have lost their vertical hold, and Hubby decided it was time for a little “uplifting” so off we went bra shopping. The push-up bra is a phenomenal item of lingerie, I swear! It lifts your boobs, pushes them up and gives you the courage to introduce the new you to the world via your cleavage, Dutch courage that is.
With MIL now having twenty-four hour care there are permanently strangers in the house, so when our friends suggested we go out the other night we jumped at the offer. Excited, I donned my new underwear. Wow, instant cleavage! These big whoppers take quite a lot of getting used to I’ll tell you that.
We were so glad to see friends we hadn’t seen in a while, the music and the company was excellent. I was on a roll; those who didn’t know mw gawked and gaped. Actually those who know me also gawked and gaped, wondering where the devil that cleavage came from.
“Hey Boet! Looking at boobs is just like looking at the sun, you don’t STARE at it!”
Wisdom comes with age and alas so does caution, so when some ladies were dancing on the bench during a golden oldie, I remained on the dance floor. What if they popped out? Imagine if one of the straps should break it would then become a ‘mustang’ bra. One is a push-up and the other one ‘must hang.’ At least if I was not so noticeable, hopefully no one would notice.
Push-up bra is in fact really a Wonder bra. You wonder when they’ll pop out, and you wonder why you can’t see your feet, but most of all you wonder why Hubby keeps calling you to sit right there next to him.
Seriously though, do we ladies really need a push-up bra to make us sexy? I don’t think so. I think that sexy isn’t something you wear it’s something you are. Confidence is sexy. Laughter and humour is sexy. Realness is sexy. Kindness is sexy. Truth is sexy. Mystery is sexy. Natural is sexy. Passion is sexy, and maturity is sexy.
All in all it was a great evening and my cups run over. Thanks for the mammaries!
By the way, have you heard about the “Sheep Dog Bra?” It rounds up your boobs up and points them in the right direction.
